Navigating up and down on your resume within the editor is important so that you can clearly see your progress and make edits where needed.
The most important is your pointer to be on this green area:
On a Mac device:
Slide two fingers up or down to scroll on the touchpad located beneath the keyboard.
Using a mouse:
Using the scroll wheel located between the left and right mouse buttons.
