Steps to take before testing for connection issues

Steps:

1. Clear your browser cookies and refresh the page

2. Update your browser to Chrome if you are using Internet Explorer, Firefox or Safari
โ€‹
3. Select Download on the dashboard tab or within the resume editor to test

If this does not resolve the issue there could be connection issues impacting your account. Please test your internet connection speed.
