We are dedicated to supporting you to achieve your dream job, and we expect our clients to show the same dedication.

Our meeting policy ensures your time with the Career Counseling Team is efficient and focussed so you receive the best possible outcome from the service.

Mutual Respect

The Career Counseling team values respect and we expect all our clients to show the same mutual consideration.

If a client's behavior is disrespectful, we cannot guarantee that the service will be further completed.

24-Hour Cancellation Notice

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment please contact us allowing 24 hours notice.

Each meeting is limited to one reschedule or cancellation. If a client changes their meeting a second time, we will discontinue the meeting and move to the next stage of the service.

If a client changes their meeting with less than 24 hours notice we will mark it as a no-show.

We do this to ensure all our clients can receive equal access to our counselors because late reschedules are time slots other clients were unable to use.

No-Show

Though you most likely do video conferencing on a daily basis, please arrive to the call 5-minutes ahead of time. This will give you the opportunity to test our and make sure your speakers, mic and camera properly function!

Our counselors work with multiple clients and so if you are late we can't offer the flexibility of extra time to properly finish our work. Therefore, if a client is over 5-minutes late to their scheduled meeting and fails to communicate a reason with the counselor, we will bring the meeting to a close and mark it as a ‘no-show’.

Each meeting is limited to one no-show. If a client fails to attend their meeting a second time, we will dis-continue the meeting and move to the next stage of the service.

If you are working with us as part of a package, we will still proceed working together and move into the next stages of the service.

Unresponsive

Each client has two weeks to complete any action items or respond to the counselor they are working with. If a client fails to communicate, return feedback or comments within two weeks, we cannot guarantee the process will be fully complete.

We do this to ensure all clients receive our full attention without delays :)
