If you are experience an issue that prevents you from using the Enhancv platform or paying for your subscription, please refresh the page and try again. If a normal refresh doesn't work, please follow the instructions below to clear any persistent cache in your browser.
To do a hard refresh on the page:
Open app.enhancv.com and wait for the page to start loading β sometimes the spinning logo will show up and stay there, other times there might be a blank page or error page.
Windows users: hold down Ctrl and then press F5 on your keyboard.
Mac users: hold down Cmd and Shift and then press R on your keyboard.
You can also try to clear the cookies and site data for app.enhancv.com.
To do this:
Open app.enhancv.com and wait for the page to start loading.
In the browser address bar, click on the toggles or padlock icon (ποΈ / π )
Go to Cookies and Site data
Click Manage On-Device Site Data
You will then be able to see enhancv.com and app.enhancv.com in a list with trash icons on the right ( ποΈ ) β please delete all of these cookies and refresh the page.
