How to clear your cache and cookies for app.enhancv.com

If a normal refresh doesn't work, please follow the instructions below to clear any persistent cache in your browser

If you are experience an issue that prevents you from using the Enhancv platform or paying for your subscription, please refresh the page and try again. If a normal refresh doesn't work, please follow the instructions below to clear any persistent cache in your browser.

To do a hard refresh on the page:

  1. Open app.enhancv.com and wait for the page to start loading – sometimes the spinning logo will show up and stay there, other times there might be a blank page or error page.

  • Windows users: hold down Ctrl and then press F5 on your keyboard.

  • Mac users: hold down Cmd and Shift and then press R on your keyboard.

You can also try to clear the cookies and site data for app.enhancv.com.

To do this:

  1. Open app.enhancv.com and wait for the page to start loading.

  2. In the browser address bar, click on the toggles or padlock icon (🎚️ / πŸ”’ )

  3. Go to Cookies and Site data

  4. Click Manage On-Device Site Data

  5. You will then be able to see enhancv.com and app.enhancv.com in a list with trash icons on the right ( πŸ—‘οΈ ) – please delete all of these cookies and refresh the page.
