Steps to resolve

  • First, make sure that you've entered the card number, CCV, and expiration date correctly. Some card issuers require additional confirmation such as a one-time code received via text message, mobile banking app confirmation, etc.

  • The name and address under billing should be the same as the cardholder. This is for fraud-detection purposes.

  • Your card should have sufficient funds to make the payment.

  • Please check if your card has online and international payments enabled. Some card issuers disable them by default.

When a transaction is declined you can try the following:

  1. Clear your browser cookies and site data and refresh the page a couple of times

  2. Double-check your card info once you enter it on our website

  3. Check with your bank if there is an issue with your card

  4. Try to use a different card or pay using PayPal in the checkout. Google Pay and Apple Pay are also supported.
