There are two different ways to rearrange the items within the section.

​Fist way: By using the arrows

​Click on the item and then use the "Up" or "Down": arrows: 

Second Way: By drag and drop

You can arrange the entry by dragging it at the corner.
(The green line on the screenshot is where your mouse should be)
