Our checkout page is managed by our payment provider Paddle. Here are the most common reasons why it might not load and what you can do about them:
Slow connection or other connectivity issues
Sometimes disruptions in your connection will prevent the checkout page from loading. Please refresh the page and try again.
Too many failed payment attempts
After repeated payment failures in a short period of time, the checkout page will stop loading. This is a security measure implemented by Paddle to prevent abuse.
If that happens to you, you need to wait for a couple of hours before your next payment attempt.
Alternatively, check if you can sign in to your Enhancv account on a different device and try paying from there.
When the page starts loading again, you'll be able to make a new attempt to pay.
Please note: In this case, every new failed payment attempt will result in a new block and timeout.
Unsupported country
Unfortunately, there is a list of countries where Paddle cannot accept payments at all and every checkout will fail. You can check if your country is on Paddle's list of Unsupported countries.
We've seen users from unsupported countries, who were able to pay with a card and billing address in a supported country. If you are able to do that, just for the payment part, you'll be able to use the app with its full features anywhere in the world. The restriction is just for the payment.
