To cancel your Enhancv Pro subscription:
Step 1.
Go to your Billing page: https://app.enhancv.com/billing
Step 2.
Click the Cancel Subscription link
Step 3.
Answer the survey and click Continue
This survey is really important for us. We'd love to know why you're canceling your plan so we can make Enhancv better.
Step 4.
Confirm your cancelation
When your subscription has been canceled successfully, you will see the following popup:
Step 5.
Check when your Pro access will expire
You can open or refresh the Billing page to see the updated status.
You should see that your subscription is Canceled and the date when your Pro access will expire.
What happens to my documents and edit access after I cancel? Can I still download my PDFs?
You will retain your full Pro access to edit and download your documents (and create new ones) until the end of the billing period.
When your Pro access expires, your account remains in read-only mode: existing documents will be available for you to download, but you will not be able to save any edits or create any new documents until you reactivate your Pro access by starting a new subscription.
I cancelled my subscription, why am I still receiving emails from you?
Cancelling your subscription does not automatically unsubscribe you from our newsletter. If you are still receiving tips and news from us and want these to stop, please check if you are still subscribed – go to your Profile page and uncheck "Get inspiring resume examples and advice with our newsletter". You will see a green confirmation at the top of the screen after the changes to your preference have been saved. The Unsubscribe link is also available at the bottom of each of these email messages.
I unsubscribed from your emails, why am I still receiving payment notifications?
When you unsubscribe from our newsletter, you will stop receiving tips and news from us, but you will still receive payment notifications related to your active Enhancv Pro plan. If you are receiving payment notifications, this means you still have an active paid subscription. You can check your Billing page for details.
