By using Enhancv or accessing any of our services, you are agreeing to the following terms. Please read them carefully and contact us via help@enhancv.com if you have any questions.
When can I get a refund?
The Quarterly and Semiannual plans are eligible for a partial pro-rated refund. This means that you will be charged for the months you have used your account at the price of a Monthly plan and we'll refund the difference.
When we issue a refund, we also cancel your subscription
Cancelling stops future payments. When you cancel your plan, you retain your Pro access until the period you had originally paid for, expires. We'll then downgrade your account.
An Expired subscription means we're keeping your account in a "read only" state – when your Pro access expires, you will still be able to view and download existing documents but you won't be able to save any new edits. You will be able to continue editing when you reactivate your Pro access with a new paid plan.
Non-refundable cases:
Any monthly fees paid hereunder are non-refundable and non-cancelable.
Credit accumulated through inviting friends via one of our discontinued affiliate promotions cannot be exchanged, refunded, replaced or redeemed for cash. All promocode-reduced fees are non-refundable.
Cancellation:
If you no longer need our service, for example after you have found an amazing new job, it is solely your responsibility to cancel the subscription (through the Billing page) before the next billing date. After successful cancellation of your subscription, you will receive an email confirmation. The Billing page will display the date when your Pro access will expire.

How to send us enough details to speed up the refund process
Please mention the email address associated with your Enhancv subscription.
To confirm which email address you used to sign up, please check your Profile page. Feel free to send us a screenshot of your Profile page and Billing page so we can locate your account faster.
You can also send us a PDF of the resume you created with your Enhancv account – our Support team can do a reverse search and locate the account it was created with.
Another way to ensure speedy customer support is to send us a copy or screenshot of your receipt. It contains a transaction number that looks like this: XXXXXXXX-XXXXXXXXX.
If you can't find any of the above, please send us the payment reference that you see in your online banking (copy + paste or send us a screenshot).
All of our payments show up with a "PADDLE* ENHANCV" reference. You can search for one of these keywords. We'll need as a minimum:
the date
the amount, and
the last 4 digits of the card that the payment was made with – or if it was made via PayPal, the email address associated with that PayPal account.
