Who are we and why you have a charge on your card from us?

What is Enhancv?

Our main product is the Enhancv Resume Builder - hopefully this is your favorite resume builder. Paddle is our payment provider, hence the text you may be seeing on your statement.

What our charges look like?

Please note - Paddle is a payment provider and merchant of record for many software products, not just us.

The charges from Enhancv will always contain the word Enhancv.

Like so:

If you don't see Enhancv mentioned on the statement, please reach out to Paddle to figure out which product you are being billed. Paddle's support is available at https://paddle.net/.

Why are you charging me?

You probably have an account with active Pro subscription in our resume builder. You can see our plans and what they include here.

Doesn’t ring a bell?

If the product name above don't ring a bell, you may want to ask your friends and family. We've found that many of our users are sharing a single account with their family and friends to create resumes.

Please check with members of your household and then email us for support at help@enhancv.com.

How do I cancel my account?

You can cancel your account at any time. Just visit the Billing page, and click Cancel subscription. Once you’ve cancelled you won’t be charged again, but you are responsible for all previously incurred charges.

Can I get an invoice for the charges?

To find all payment-related information as well as invoices for your payment, you can visit the Billing page, and you’ll see a list of all transactions with the attached invoices.

Can I get a refund?

Quarterly and Semi-annual fees are eligible for a partial pro-rated refund. This means that you will be charged for the months you have used your account at the price of a monthly Pro plan ($24.99) and refunded the rest.

Your account will also be downgraded and expire once the month you have been charged for expires.

Non-refundable cases:

Monthly fees are non-refundable.
